recovery email from my mssql datavase

I have many e-mail that I can recovery from my old database. How can I make this?

Could you please elaborate your question a little more? We cannot help you if we cannot understand what you need exactly.

Which version of sql server are you using? Also, how does your e-mail data stored in your database? (I suppose they are stored in one particular filed whoes datatype is binary)
